PKR356 Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules & User Agreement

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the PKR356 platform — including the website at pkr356.win, the Android app, or any services offered through the platform such as sports betting, casino games, deposits or withdrawals — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

2Eligibility

PKR356 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

4Deposits

All deposits at PKR356 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit/credit cards and mobile wallets. PKR356 does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered in your own name.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. Instant deposit methods — primarily JazzCash and Easypaisa — credit your PKR356 balance within seconds of a confirmed transaction. Bank Transfer processing times depend on your bank.

• Deposits are for the purpose of gameplay on PKR356 and not for any other purpose.
• PKR356 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Funds deposited to your PKR356 account do not accrue interest.
• PKR356 reserves the right to request source of funds documentation for large deposits as part of standard account management procedures.

5Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your real money balance at any time subject to the following conditions. Withdrawals are processed in PKR via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or Bank Transfer to a payment method registered in your name.

• PKR356 may require identity verification to be completed before processing a withdrawal request. This is standard practice for your account security.
• Withdrawal requests are typically reviewed and processed within the timeframes specified in the cashier for each payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are generally processed faster than Bank Transfer.
• Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Only real money balances and bonus winnings that have cleared wagering conditions may be withdrawn.

The following general bonus principles apply across all PKR356 promotions unless otherwise stated:

7Sports Betting Rules

• All bets are placed at your own risk. PKR356 does not guarantee any particular outcome and is not responsible for losses incurred through sports betting activity.
• Once a bet is confirmed on the bet slip, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless PKR356 has made a clear manifest error in odds or market terms.

• Suspicion of fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity.
• Account inactivity for an extended period (specific inactivity periods and any applicable fees are communicated to account holders in advance).
• At the request of the account holder through the self-exclusion process.

In cases of account closure for rule violations, PKR356 may withhold any balance remaining in the account pending investigation. Where closure results from a genuine request by the account holder and no violations are present, real money balances will be returned via the account holder's registered payment method.
